Helping Leaders Lead

Guided by 18+ years experience in marketing communications, Deb Arnold partners with senior management to improve performance, mitigate risk and get things done.

Razor sharp, a quick study and immensely resourceful, Deb helps executives achieve their goals by asking the right questions and assessing how leaders can improve performance and increase influence.

Equally skilled at strategy and execution, she specializes in technology, retail and global communications.

Deb develops scalable programs at large and medium-sized companies to keep teams and stakeholders focused on reaching business goals.

Track Record of Accomplishment

Deb’s track record reflects her passion for technology, start-ups, non-profits and any opportunity to build something new.

She has developed successful strategies and vehicles for such industry leaders as Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, T-Mobile USA and Young & Rubicam Brands.

Deb earned an MBA in Management and Marketing from Columbia Business School in New York City, and graduated cum laude with a BA in International Relations from Tufts University, near Boston, MA.

She established her first communications consulting practice in 1994 in Israel, where she lived for seven years; there she rode the Internet wave from beginning to end and hosted a weekly jazz show on the country’s first all-English radio station.

Now based in Seattle, she has lectured on business communications at Washington State University and has served as pro bono communications advisor to several local non-profits.

Her passions include food, travel, classical choral singing and “iron chef” competitions for charity.
